Empire Liquor has been a wholly South Australian owned and operated liquor wholesaler for the past 12 years, with its owner Brenton Quirini , having over 30 years experience in the liquor industry. The Empire philosophy lies in distributing family owned wineries and the best of boutique imported beers
to the liquor trade in South Australia and the Northern Territory with personalized and prompt service.
The Empire Liquor team of ten includes four area managers who have extensive liquor knowledge and many years of experience in the industry. They are able to assist in any staff training and education sessions. We have our own in house desktop publishing services and are able to offer assistance in developing and printing wine lists, wine of the month and special beer promotions.
Our Australian and New Zealand wine brands are predominantly family owned and are the essence of tradition. Many are estate grown and hand crafted. We represent wineries from the following regions: • McLaren Vale
