Middle Palate: Juicy, round black/raspberry fruits, tempered with the soft idiosyncratic milky McLaren Vale Shiraz sweetness and roundness. After Palate: A wave of milk chocolate flows with hints of blackberries and plums lifted by Christmas spice and long, supple tannins.
