Our Estate Range is dedicated to the long history of the Cimicky property at Lyndoch in the Barossa Valley. From when the land was first settled in 1845, through the early 1900s, there has been continuous care and cultivation of the land and vines. A pocket of perfection, the Barossa’s hidden gem, these wines are a testament to those who came before and laid the foundations that have allowed Cimicky Wines to become what we are today.

Cimicky Estate Shiraz

  • Tasting Notes

This wine opens with a wonderful array of red fruit flavours. With aromas of some darker fruits like blackberry and mulberry, as well as
soft oak and mixed spice, this wine is soft yet determinedly serious. Complemented with aniseedy liquorice and plummy flavours on
the palate, this wine is warm and inviting.

Underpinned by great oak maturation, this wine will easily cellar for up to ten years.
