Our Estate Range is dedicated to the long history of the Cimicky property at Lyndoch in the Barossa Valley. From when the land was first settled in 1845, through the early 1900s, there has been continuous care and cultivation of the land and vines. A pocket of perfection, the Barossa’s hidden gem, these wines are a testament to those who came before and laid the foundations that have allowed Cimicky Wines to become what we are today.

Cimicky Estate Shiraz Cabernet

  • Tasting Notes

A strong opening with delightfully big fruit flavours upfront. There are red fruits, blackberry, blackcurrant, and elderberry in the foreground, with dense tannins enveloping the palate. The mid-palate offers lingering undertones of dried herbs, graphite and citrus that leads to a savoury finish of chocolate and tobacco.
