We aim for an expressive, regionally distinctive wine with lifted grapefruit, guava and hints of fresh, bruised herbs, which reflect the land that produces this wine.

2017 will be long remembered for quality and depth of flavour.  Everchanging ancool weather conditions delayed ripening dates on all varieties. This resulted in a longer hang-time for fruit, which in turn ensured the flavour and aroma concentrations were best to suit our wines.

This wine comes from our own vineyard, as well as a mate’s. Located in the middle of the Adelaide Hills region located at Woodside.  The vines are tended gently, producing perfectly ripe, healthy grapes with low yields, and harvested at precisely the right time.

    Tasting Notes:

Pure fresh pear and effusive melon and peach blossom on the nose and fresh floral scents weaving their way across the white fruit spectrum. The flavours follow suit with citrus , stonefruit and tropical notes, served chilled of course. Crisp and fine. Surprisingly soft considering the zingy start and following tight finish.

We hope these agricultural endeavours are enjoyable upon purchase and for those with patience, short term cellaring will benefit the wine and consumer alike.
