Vintage: 2023

Mike and Judy fell in love with the Roses of Provence and wanted to make a similar one from their single vineyard high in the Adelaide Hills. This is not a sweet pink drink, but a serious wine made from Pinot Noir, resulting in a wine of intense flavour and a long dry finish. The wine has the wonderful “eye of the partridge colour” of true Rosé. Fresh complex fruit which is shows a lingering and well balance mouthfeel, but well balanced with a dry finish. The wine shows great bodyand structure. Seamlessly balanced in boy and structure. Cherry andstrawberry fruit with a savoury, crisp dry finish on the palate.

The perfect wine when you want the palate feel of a red wine but the freshness and crispness of a white wine.
