PAULETT GRENACHE ROSE
Our final vineyard harvested in 2018 was our 1940s old vine Grenache on 2nd of May.
We would normally expect 400‐450mm of rain during winter but received only 297mm with another 105mm during the growing season of October to December.
Our non‐irrigated vineyards came into their own this vintage withstanding periods of reduced soil moisture and tolerating mild vine stress delivering a reduced yield, but with a greater intensity of flavours.
