This wine pays homage to our local grape and is the essence
and “Spirit” of the Monastrell!
Cherry red colour. The nose is powerful with hints of ripe and floral fruit. It is powerful and elegant on the palate, with a long, persistent finish.
The grapes for this wine come from 50-year-old Monastrell vines, which are llow-yieldingand produce concentrated grapes. Called bush vines, these vines lay low to the ground and, with age, branch out and resemble small trees. As a result, this harvest has to be
carried out by hand. Fermentation takes place during 15 days at ~25°C. The wine is transferred and aged for four weeks in French and American oak.Vintage: 2017
