Break Free Little Wing Carbonic Shiraz Noir

Vineyard: Adelaide Hills, South Australia

Varietals: Shiraz and Pinot Noir 

Winemaking: Mature Shiraz and Pinot Noir are harvested and processed separately; the Pinot Noir 100% carbonic maceration on skins, while the Shiraz is open fermented, hand plunged and basket pressed. Both parcels are then combined and racked into older French oak hogsheads and matured for six months. Bottled fresh with no fining or filtration. Vegan. Minimal sulphites.

Style: Light and aromatic red, loads of colour and bright lifted aromatics, with depth, texture and lingering ripe fruits, soft tannin structure. Ultimate pizza pairing wine.
