This cava represents the tradition of our winery. Its rustic label gave birth to the winery's first bottle of sparkling wine.
This is a limited reserve blend.
Winemaking
The traditional varieties of Penedes, which are Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada are vinified separately. The wines are blended to make this Cava following the Traditional Method or Méthode Champenoise. The aging process take at least 20 months.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow, very bright. It has a regular release of small bubbles. Clean on the nose with intense sensations that combine with fruity aromas, apple and pear. In the mouth it is well-balanced, elegant cava with a lingering aftertaste.Vintage: NV
