The 2023 Curator Wine Co Eden Valley Riesling is from a single vineyard in Flaxman’s Valley area in the Eden Valley part of the Barossa Ranges (East of the Valley floor). The vineyard is easterly facing so is cool in climate and high altitude, both of which contribute to wines with bright acidity and citrus flavors.
The 2023 Curator Wine Co Eden Valley Riesling is pale straw in color with green tints. The nose is intense with aromas of citrus, lime, and orange rind. The palate is dry and crisp with flavors of citrus, grapefruit, and minerality. The wine has a long, refreshing finish. Vegan Friendly.
