The grapes are harvested early morning when the temperature is cool.
Then picked and cold fermented to capture all the natural fruit aromas and tastes.
Very light straw yellow. It's mostly about grapefruit, melons, apples and nectarines and it's strongly regional. It's refreshing and crisp but retains enough interest, minerality and complexity. There are some grassy notes on the nose and back palate.
