Aromas of stone fruit, melon, butterscotch and Crème brûlée, with subtle flinty and spicy French oak.
The palate has generous juicy flavours of stone fruit and melon not unlike the nose with some underlying citrus characters. Well integrated French oak and some lees contact gives a slight buttery, creamy texture leading to a persistent clean finish.
