Break Free ‘natural,’ low-fi wines use alternative varietals, blends, and fermentation techniques, including co-fermentation,

alternative fermentation vessels, and wild and natural yeast strains.

The aim is to make utterly unique styles with exciting flavour profiles without fining or filtration and minimal sulphur additions.

Grapes are sourced from some of Australia’s best vineyards.

The results are spectacular: wine styles with pronounced aromatics, perfume, weight, and texture.
